Data controller
This website is operated by Teknonot Bilişim Gıda Eğitim ve Öğretim Kurumları San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. (“Teknonot”). Teknonot is the data controller under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law no. 6698 (“KVKK”).
What we process
This site uses no visitor analytics and no advertising cookies. Personal data is processed only if you complete the contact form: your name, company, email address, phone number where given, and the content of your message. In addition, the web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, timestamp, requested address) for security and error tracking.
Purpose and legal basis
Data you send through the contact form is processed solely to assess your enquiry and reply to you. The legal basis is legitimate interest under KVKK art. 5/2-(f), together with pre-contractual discussions carried out at your request. Server access logs are kept on the basis of legitimate interest in maintaining system security.
Transfers
Your data is never sold or transferred to third parties for marketing. It is processed only on the infrastructure of our hosting and email providers, to the extent the service requires.
Retention
Contact form records are kept for a reasonable period after your enquiry is concluded and are then deleted. Server access logs are retained for a limited period and then deleted automatically.
Cookies
This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Only technical data needed for the site to work — such as remembering your language preference — may be held in your browser.
Your rights
Under KVKK art. 11 you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information where it is, to ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and to object to its processing. You can send such requests using the contact details below.
